Returns Eligibility
Due to the nature of food products, we only accept returns under the following conditions:
The item was damaged during transit.
You received the wrong item.
The product is expired or defective upon arrival.
Returns must be requested within 7 days of delivery.
Non-Returnable Items
We do not accept returns for:
Opened or used products.
Products returned without original packaging.
Items purchased on sale or part of a promotional offer.
How to Request a Return

Our support team will verify the issue and provide return instructions.
Once approved, please return the product in its original, unopened condition.
Refunds
Approved returns will be refunded to your original payment method within 7–10 business days of receiving the product.
Shipping fees are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.
Exchanges
We currently do not offer direct exchanges. If you would like a different item, please request a return (if eligible) and place a new order.
